Recurring pasty butt or vent prolapse?! Help!

Hello! I’m a little stressed and hope I’m just being overly paranoid. This is my first set of serama chicks but I’ve had chicks twice before and never had issues with pasty butt and I’ve never lost a chick, until these seramas. 😭 I’ve already lost two and only have two left so I’m desperate to keep them alive. I can see a clear difference in size between the two and my little grey one (smaller) seems a bit lethargic and has continually had pasty butt for the last few days. I’ve been able to clean he/she (we will call her Grey for now), but it keeps happening. This morning it occurred to me that Grey almost seemed bloated so I just gently rubbed a Q-tip up her rump towards her vent and she expressed some diarrhea, not a lot but it seemed to bring a small amount of relief. I finished cleaning Grey off and warmed her up but again, she has pasty butt. I’ve tried coconut oil and that didn’t seem to do anything. Grey is eating and drinking with the other chick and they don’t seem to like being away from each other but the other chick is definitely more outgoing and not hidden away as much as little Grey. Also, Grey acts like she’s trying to go under the other chick like she thinks that’s her mom or something. 😞 Chicks are both about a week old born early morning 3/23.
Is this a vent prolapse?! Should I be worried or doing anything else? Photos attached.

Better picture of what I think may be a vent prolapse. I’ve tried gently “pushing” it back in with a q tip and it’s not doing anything.

Have you searched on this site for pasty butt? I'll bet you get a slew of information about it that way. I've had pasty butt a few times, but it resolved itself quickly. I just made sure the little butt was kept clean, as well as the chick's surroundings. It seems when they are little and new to the world, sometimes their little systems need a little time to adjust. You can also imagine that the little ones may be experiencing stress leaving the safety and comfort of their eggs.
