Or in any books that I havr red!
Looks like a blue dilute gene in a Brown Leghorn.The Blue Red Leghorn is a variety recognized only by the British Leghorn club as far as I know, and it is a very uncommon breed. In 50 years of raising chickens, I've never personally seen any Blue Red Leghorns, but I've seen a few pics of them (I posted a pic below) and I'm not seeing the amount of blue in your rooster that should be in a Blue Red Leghorn rooster, although admittedly, I know very little about the standards for the breed.
