With winter just around the corner, I was wondering if any of you use a wireless temperature monitoring device in your coop, that you check on your PC, iPad or iPhone.

I have a wireless weather station that has a display in my HAM shack, but I would like something cheaper, just to keep an eyes on temp and humidity if possible in the coop.

Having something that would give historical date would be excellent too.

I have a wireless weather station.... sensor is in the coop, display in my office. It was about $30 8 or 9 years ago. I honestly don’t know if it’s able to show any historical data. Maybe 12 or 24 hrs, it’s not fancy

I have a La Crosse Technology unit. It tells me the temperature and humidity where the station is on my desk and where I have the 3 extra sensors. I keep one of the sensors in the well house, one in the crawl space, and one in the coop.

We have one of them in our little coop. Just received another one (with 2 transmitters) for the new Super Coop. Beth wants to be able to see the difference between the run and the coop temps. They work well.

I did order an extra transmitter with it just for outside . Good to hear they work well , thanks .
