reptipro 6000 problems

Does anyone have a reptipro 6000. I cant get the temp the same in the top as the bottom.Top runs 100° and 57% humidity. The bottom runs 91° and 87% humidity

What I do on mine is after 9 days I switch the eggs, turner and all from the top to the bottom and it works great. I havent noticed that big of a temp. difference thou. is your fan working? I have real good hatches with mine. Hope this helps.
