Reversing a pecking order.

So I had a pecking problem, a bad one. I had my whole flock pecked on by one hen. I finally took that hen out. She's been out for a week if I put her back into the flock does anyone think she'll reverse the order? or should I keep her out longer?

Place her back in and see how she behaves around others.... Most times they removed one ends up at the bottom of the pecking order!
