Reviews on Partridge Plymouth Rocks?

How are they in terms of laying and personality? I'm getting four chicks in a month and am wondering what to expect about them. Are they similar to Barred Plymouth Rocks?

I've only had two partridge Rocks, from Ideal hatchery. They didn't lay quite as well as my barreds, just a touch less. I don't make pets of my birds so can't really speak to "personality", but they never caused issues in the flock. And they're wonderful eye candy
