Not sure where you are in the world, but shorter daylight hours will affect when she starts laying. They need about 14/16 hours of daylight a day for them to regularly lay, which she probably isn’t getting.She is 30 weeks old how does she still have another 2-3 months? Bird mix as in bird seed? Cut out the bird seed. If it's basic 16% layer, it's barely adequate nutrition and mixing a bunch of seed in there takes barely adequate nutrition, makes it inadequate nutrition.She eats I mix layer pellets and bird mix layer alternating and lots of scraps from our kitchen
