Rhode Island Red, six weeks old: pullet?

“Dottie” is six weeks old and I hatched her from an egg. I was told she was a RIR but she may be a mixed breed? She is the dominant hen but lately I’ve been wondering if she’s a “Dale.” See below for pictures. She has a puffy patch of feathers on her backside that none of my other chickens seem to have...any ideas? She is on the left in the second picture.

Looks like a cockerel. What age is the blacker chicken to the right of the one in question in the second picture?

If the other chicken is the same age, it is a cockerel.

Those look like my old "Production Reds" which are a Rhode Island Red mixbreed, usualy
RIR x New Hampshire, although i had one that definitely looked part leghorn.

Mine were also sold as real Rhode Island Reds as chicks
