I have a RIR 4 years old that recently started laying white or off white colored eggs. They also are lumpy, which Ive read are calcium deposits?? She also has had a very poppy bottom ever since it started warming up. I had to wash her every other day multiple times a day to the point her bottom is almost now bare. Ive treated her with calcium pills as well as oregano supplements. Is this old age or a possible condition?

Could be old age. As a hen ages sometimes her egg color can be a bit funky. What are you feeding? For the poopy butt feathers, I found that trimming them close to the skin (but still leaving some fluff) works well for constant poopy butts

Local feed mill chicken feed. Its 18% protien layer feed. I also ferment grains with garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes as a weekly treat. Of course vegi scraps from time to time

Oh wow. I have been told by alot of folks that garlic and pepper is good for their digestion. Had not thought it would be toxic.
Many things with helpful components can also be harmful. Garlic is a blood thinner, it *might* help digestion but it not a issue that chickens have. Pepper flakes are high in vitamins A and k but the seeds contain nutrition blockers and toxic components. Not worth the effort, really.
