Rollaway Nesting box plans

Hi, I am looking for an easy plan to make some rollaway nesting boxes for my son's chickens. We believe either the chickens or the turkeys are breaking and eating the eggs. He has had the chickens for a few years now, but in the past we were getting eggs consistently and now in the past few months he hasn't been getting hardly any. The birds have always taken a break in the winter but, this started in the summer and has continued. Any help you can give me would be great.

You don't need plans if you copy the inserts in this video. Any twelve-year old with a little plywood, a saw, and a hammer can do it.

How many is a few years? And what breed of chickens? Some chickens stop laying after 3 or 4 years, or just lay a lot less. I have a 4 year old Buff Orpington who hasn't laid an egg since July, and I don't expect her to lay again.
