Hi, new to the chicken world and have 3 4 week old rustic rock chicks from TS. I’m hoping someone can tell me if they look like Roos or hens. Thank you!

Looks like all three are cockerels.

Looks like first and 3rd are roosters. The second might be a hen. I have no experience with that breed just compared what I have seen without our own.

All look like cockerels, but #2 might be a pullet.

More a mix of things. You kind of get a sense once you've raised a couple batches of chicks. It's easier after the first few days of hatching and these are older

Yes, pullets would not be that pink at 4 weeks
