Roo or pullet?

This chick is supposed to be in Easter egger is 4 weeks old body is much slender than the other Easter Eggers I have and the feathers have grown in very different just curious what it could be!

I'm not normally one to guess rooster, but that comb has too much pink for my liking. The photo of him sleeping is too cute!
