Rooster amongst my hen party?

Hi there! I'm new to chicken raising. I have 4 Barred Rock, 5 Easter Eggers, 1 Olive Egger, and 1 Ancona. All are 10 and a half weeks old (2 &1/2 months). All were supposed to be hens. I understand EEs are hard to sex young, though.

I have long suspected one of my EEs is, in fact, a rooster! It started getting copperish feathers on its shoulder. And all the other hens always seemed annoyed with it. I've been listening for a crow but it makes the same chirp/squak as the others. Googling when roosters start to crow gave me inconsistent answers.

Bummer... I'm debating keeping him but may give him up to a good home so I can make room for more egg layers.
