hi, we recently started a flock (born first two weeks of March) and this morning heard our first rooster and need to determine which one it is. We think it’s Aura (believe she’s a golden Wyandotte) and we were hoping to post some photos and see what you all think. Thank you for your help, it’s so appreciated.

You all are so great and I’m thankful for the knowledge you’re sharing. I’m now wondering if we have more than one cockerel- these three were sold as copper coons which I can’t find any info about. Thoughts? One has a rounded tail versus the other two have longer feathers as well. Wondering breed and if hen or cock.

Not seeing any information on that breed either on Google. They look like mixes, though. They also looks like ready to lay pullets.

Thank you for your reply, we were hoping for all pullets since we wanted eggs for the b&b. We’re hearing having a rooster may be good for flock, do you agree?
