Cleaning out one of my coops and run today when I realize my rooster did not sound so good so I picked him up and noticed his eye was swollen shut. Gave him a dose of Tylan and laid him up on his perch. Any useful information would be greatly appreciated. I have a video also not I can’t not figure out how to attach it.

Welcome To BYC

Have you dealt with respiratory illness within your flock before?

I'd continue with the Tylan and see if you can get his eyes open. Saline is good to use when cleaning the eyes. Terramycin can be put in the eyes to help with infection. If there's pus, it needs to be pressed out.

Do your best to keep him hydrated and eating.

It's hard to know what you are dealing with unless you get some testing. You can find your state lab here https://www.metzerfarms.com/poultry-labs.html

Here's some reading about diseases https://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/publication/ps044
