2nd post - looking at Roost N Root.
I have not seen them in person. Obviously, people like them. They are beautiful. They utilize an open air & hooped roofs style i like. They are built in the USA & come partially pre-assembled from better (?) quality products than most pre-fabs.
The largest one states can handle 20 chickens. When inches converted to feet, the base (what would be considered the run) is 8.29' x 9.17'. That is 76.02 square feet. 10'/chicken run space = 7.06 chickens. I also don't see enough roost space for more chickens based on 1'/chicken. There is roost space for 7 chickens. With its ventilation, you MIGHT be able to do 8 chickens.
The cost may not be "high" considering materials. I believe i saw shipping is based on where you live...
So, right from the start, you would also need/want/should have more run space...
Another option may be Carolina coops. Again, a lot of features i LOVE. In NV, you may need more ventilation? They can send a crew out to build it. American made. New product is not wood, not metal, sustainable.

Their California Coop is 4x15'. Run space, that can work for 6 chickens, but that coop section only allows for 3...
Their American Coops are larger.
May have to take out a 2nd mortgage... BEAUTIFUL, but WOW!!
Edit to add - didn't realize it's been a while since I'd been to Carolina Coops site. Feel like w/ new materials, it's doubled in prices. Pretty sure I'd looked at them since Covid started. Don't know when they upgraded to new materials.
Edit 2 - The Carolina Coops have a lot more sizing/options than I remember them having. Pricing varies depending on size, style, options & customing. Took me a while to wrap my head around their coop sizing/chickens can be in. Their icon on sizing & chicken math is good.
