Has anyone purchased and using a run-chicken villa? If so, please post a picture. I ordered one in May and I have yet to receive it. I was told that I would receive it in June. Starting to worry if the order was legit. If you have one, please share your opinions of the coop/run combo. Obviously this coop is for urban farmers.

I just received a DHL notification. It is on its way.
As far as the size, I have the dimensions and the hen house is big enough for 5 chickens while the run is big enough for 3 chickens, thus I am linking this coop to another existing SMART coop, that I have. I actually bought this coop due to the fact the coop is modular. I may do a video review of the coop since there are none on the web as of yet.

I’d love to see your review! Looks very interesting. I debated about getting it but with the the smart COOP instead I like it well enough, but it’s so tiny. I used it as a grow out pen and will use it for hospital pen

Would love to know how you like this Run-Chicken Villa coop? Thinking of getting one myself. I'd want to move it around every month or so and I see it's 150 lbs which I guess is doable with 2 adults lifting.

Well, poop, the OP hasn’t logged in to this site since the day they made post #4, telling us the coop was on the way. I hate that — asking if any of us have any experience with the coop/company, but not bothering to share their experience!

I purchased an opener last April, and it has progressively deteriorated in terms of battery performance. Initially, the batteries needed replacement every four weeks, then every two weeks, followed by weekly replacements, and now they require daily changes. I contacted the provided phone number and was instructed to communicate via email. To date, I have sent eight videos to their technical team demonstrating the issue, but no action has been taken.

I recently called again to remind them of the one-year warranty that was promised. They informed me that I would need to request a replacement. Despite sending five emails requesting a replacement, I have received no response. Additionally, I have requested to speak with a customer service manager three times, only to be told that they do not handle phone calls and only respond via email.

Odd. I found RunChicken customer service email team to be very responsive to my inquiries and the issue I had with my old auto-door. Their warranty is only like 30 days, so things weren't covered, but they did help me out a bit
