Aww how sweet of you to save it’s life and :welcomeis this an adult?good feed ,fresh water ,safe shelter and some friends . Sounds like it already has a best friend :thumbsup
Yes I am 37 years old. I have 4 dogs (not to happy) 3 turtles and now one chicken. I got pulled over for being in the car pool lane on the highway. Next thing I know I am running after a chicken. I built a little coop for yesterday and now will build a custom one. But literally know nothing about them

That's really nice of you to stop and save her. She will need better winter protection and more space than the light blue coop, and she would love a friend. The first thing to look at is getting the right feed and a good waterer. You may want to look into a small immersion heater for winter to keep her water from freezing.

Luckily, you are in the right place to find all the information you will ever need. You can ask any question in the forums. You can use the brown search button at the top of the screen to find tons of information already posted. I hope you enjoy the sight and your new pal. Does she have a name yet?

Thank you I fell in love. I am taking that little coop and screwing it inside my garage most likely building more and putting them in a row. I want to build a large safe coop outside and at night bring them in and put them in the smaller coops at night. I can’t chance them getting hunted. Need help with 2 things
1. Coop layouts
2. How to buy more chickens. I like this bread.
