Scaly leg mites on young hen?

could this be scaly leg mites? 6 month old silkie cross (not sure what her cross is). Her legs are greyish and rough. She is eating and drinking but not as rambunctious as the others. She’s always been a bit of the odd chicken out. Pics below.

Hi i have an old silkie and his legs were so bad i tried may things his legs were white alamost like cemeny has dried ,
But i got some cheap new cooking oil and soak his feet for 2 weeks now ,pour it all over an under neath his feet..
ALL the scale has gone every bit has drop of and some i pulled off gently he now has Blue legs again
ands he walks some much better he is vey old but he has a bit longer to play
