Scraggly feathers but seems to be done molting

I can’t get terribly close to her. But these might be better.
do they have a dust bath? if so you can add diatamacous earth in there. you can add flax seed or fish oil to their food for better feather quality. but make sure they have a dust bath. you can also add fire ash with out any chunks to their dust bath(i do this for mine. it also works for a natural mite and lice deterant when the get it in their feathers). the oil gland right above the tail could be blocked. you can pluck her of the roost at night andf check if its cloged is it is wipe with a warm wet wash cloth intill clean. if it is pver producing the ash in a dust bath will help. also put sand in the dust bath
