Serama chickens in MI

My family and I are really wanting a couple serama chickens…. We are moving to MI and starting our coop soon… I wonder what owning a serama chicken in MI looks like come winter… do they have to stay inside the house or will. Coop heat panel be enough…. Looking for tips, info and what other serama owners in Mi or other cold winter states do…. TIA

Go to the wolf animal swap meet this coming Saturday. Look it up on Facebook. I’m sure you’ll find one there - just go very early and bring cash. Be prepared to walk a lot and see a bunch of Amish! It’s a bit of a drive but worth it even if you don’t buy anything
