Can I keep seramas(the world’s smallest breed) with my larger hens? Some of my hens are sassier and have gone after my pullets.

So likely warm enough for Seramas. Special housing concerns shouldn't be an issue. You may want to stay away from RIRs. They tend to be the bullies of a mixed flock.

That depends entirely on the climate where you live and your reasons for choosing a specific breed.
When discussing breed selection in my classes, I explain that when choosing breeds for where one lives, adaptability to the climate should be one of the most important criteria. That decision will make raising that breed much less hassle.
Russian Orloffs or similar cold hardy breeds are wrong for Texas or any other hot and/or humid environment. Just as raising Seramas is difficult in Minnesota.

If you put your location in your profile or tell about it in your post, it will be easier to answer questions about setup.
