Sex of this Marans

Anyone know more about marans than me and know if this is a rooster? I bought 5 pullets and this one I’m not is actually a female

How old? Hard to say from those photos but I think it’s a cockerel. Here is mine at six weeks

What type were they marketed as?

I'm not a Marans expert, but that doesn't appear to be a Black Copper Marans. (A lot of color on the chest and front of neck?)

But does appear to be a cockerel, based on that comb (I'm assuming he's 7-10 weeks)

I bought them as a colored egg layer surplus so I got this one and a bunch of ameraucanas and a wheaten marans. It’s about 8 weeks old.

I'm assuming he's a mix.
Potentially an "olive" egger (an easter egger that's supposed to have darker green eggs) just because they're common and often use Marans.
