Sexing 2.5 weeks old salmon faverolles

Wait another week. Faverolle males have black breasts. Females have salmon breast feathers. Will be VERY clear.

Most of these aren't the right color for Salmon faverolles. The very first chick pictured is, but the rest, no. They could be mixes, or if they came from a store or hatchery, they're some other variety. It is too young to tell gender on any of them.

I figured it was something like that. With the Faverolles, watch the breast feathers. Black feathers in that area will mean a cockerel.
