Hi all! First time poster, long time lurker here. I got super interested in getting chickens, I’m sooo brand new to this. So, I got the coop and the run about a month ago. And a good friend gave me her very first hatched babies a week ago. There are 3. She said they were bantys. Can you guys help me out? The first pic is today. I wanted to let them get some fresh air and check out their new coop. The second pic is the day after I got them. I’ve had them about a week and they seem to be doing so well. They are really sweet. Anywho, can you awesome peeps tell me what I have? Thanks so so much in advance!

:welcome

They are still way too young to tell genders yet. Earliest you'll be able to guess is 4 weeks old. As for breed, I'm leaning some color of Old English Game bantam or a mixed breed, but once they feather out more we'll be able to get a better idea. Or you can ask your friend what type of bantams she keeps. Keep us updated!

The one on the left is a silver Sebright rooster and the one on the Right is a silver duckwing Old English Game Bantam hen. Your chicks are a mix of the two. It will be interesting to see what they look like when they're grown!
I will definitely post their pics when their feathers are in.
