Sexing button quails !! Need help

My two beautiful button quails. Silver: Togepi and Brown: Starly. Togepi is male i think, he has the red tinted feathers at the end of his tail. Not sure about Starly since she doesnt have red feathers but she has the white bib. She also does the three syllable call. The breeder told me she is a girl but that was before she got the white bib. I see Togepi trying to mount her, but she runs away screaming. They are both around 6 weeks old.

They're so cute I have had hens mount each other even with a rooster preset so no way to say what gender it is

I think she looks female. Females have a wider space between their legs but I don’t know if they have to be laying before they get that space.
