Shipping quail eggs

I am planning to start a button quail egg business.What would be the best way to ship eggs?These eggs are VERY small.Thanks for any help

Get yourself some foam egg shippers with holes specifically for quail.

Make sure you have your egg handler's license, and if you're shipping between states, you will need to be NPIP certified as well.

+1 on the foam shippers. I think you may need to buy squares of foam sized to fit your shipping boxes and punch the holes yourself since the eggs are so small.

I did a quick search and saw foam shippers on eBay that claimed to have holes sized for button quail eggs, but have no direct knowledge if they're right.

You could probably have a pretty good idea if you know the measurement of the shipper and how many holes there are.

Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith.
I've used foam shippers many times for chicken eggs. They are far superior for safely transporting eggs than any other method I've observed.

They come as a foam block with holes neatly cut and two thin foam pads for top and bottom. The ones I used fit easily into a priority mail box. There was just a bit of space around the foam that I used layers of cardboard which added reinforcement. I was never informed that any eggs had damage upon arrival.
