Sick baby chick

I have been raising a baby chicken and at about 3 weeks she or he started falling over and only walking backwards plus panting. I read it could be vitamin issue so I bought recover 911 and poultry cell. It seemed to be working but today she has started shaking her head violenty and kicking with her back left leg at her chest while falling over. Any ideas on what to do? I fear she may have a respiratory infection due to the head shaking and panting. She has been alone in a seperate crate.

Can you get b complex from the grocery store? I'm not sure it's safe to increase the dose to meet the B needs

It could be hiccups or a slight aspiration.

Yes I do actually have vitamin b drops here. I can add those to the mix. I am hoping she improves. It is breaking my heart watching her struggle. Her left leg seems to be not cooperating for her, more loose like a noodle than like her right so it makes her fall over but she also kicks that leg very hard and is pulling her little feathers out of her chest.
