Sick chick arrived yesterday won’t eat

We got a delivery of chicks yesterday and one (tiny bantam Easter egger) is super weak and won’t eat. We’ve gotten her to take a little sugar water over the last 24 hours if we hold her and hold the dish right up to her but most of the time she won’t take that either. If she’s separated from the other chicks she just cheeps out distress calls. She can walk a little but falls over a lot. Any suggestions?

If you have poultry cell you can give her that and egg yolk would be helpful as well. Hopefully she pulls through
