I have a baby chick here that is acting sickly, fatigued, and keeps sneezing. I have also noted it vomited a bunch of liquid after just consuming it and falls over easily. I will not it is not mine also but I'm taking care of It for a friend and I would like it to be in the best health. It was also previously kept with several others and they're fed diluted electrolyte water and medicated feed. As far as I know it's about a month old

If the chick is vomiting, check the crop to make sure it's emptying overnight. If it's not, then address that Symptom according to the article linked below.

How's the ventilation in the brooder/housing?

The chick looks to have soiled feathers, can you post photos of the poop?
At that age and with the disheveled appearance, I'd consider treating for Coccidiosis.

You can find Corid (Amprolium) at stores like TSC.
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.
