Got less than year old golden comet that not very active for 6 days now and not laying found a partially developed egg hanging out her vent a few days ago. Not sure what to do

You can give her calcium citrate 600+vitamin D tablets for a few days to help expel whatever she might have left stuck in her oviduct.

Does her butt smell bad? Did you clean her well?

What exactly are you feeding?

Do your chickens have additional source of calcium like crushed oyster shells available free choice?

Do they have granite grit or rough sand to help with the digestion?

I feed scratch and 16% layer crumbles daily and sometimes bread and vegetables and put oyster shells in there layer crumbles

I feed scratch and 16% layer crumbles daily and sometimes bread and vegetables and put oyster shells in there layer crumbles

16% protein is already quite low and by feeding other things like bread the percentage of protein decreases even more.

Try unmediated chick starter or an all flock that will provide between 20-22% protein and crushed oyster shells and granite grit in separate dishes free choice so feeding them extras will not cause deficiencies.
