Sick, gurgling flock

My flock free-ranges in approx .3 acres fenced area. About a month ago, I noticed several hens coughing and gurgling. We isolated them, but it had already spread to the entire flock. They do not have a runny nose, they are not swollen in the face. They are coughing sneezing and have a wet gurgling sound coming from them. A few birds have stopped laying. We tried VetRx. No one gas gotten worse, but no one has gotten better. There are no avian vets in the area, and we are in the US and can no longer get antibiotics from the farm stores. I don't know what to do. I would think a virus would've ran it's course by now. They get dried oregano and garlic powder in their feed. Should I try adding it to the water also? Like a tea?

Dried oregano won't do anything and garlic can be toxic, do not continue with this method.
You can order antibiotics from here, unsure of what would be best and dosage though.

I bought antibiotics at the feed store and when I get one of these hens I give her a shot in the leg. Works in about 24 hours. Not too many get sick thank goodness.
