Sick hen trouble laying egg

Hi I have a 3 year old buff Orpington. She has struggled to lay eggs this month As she has just started laying again since winter has ended. I have her inside and she won’t eat and is making weird sound like she is in pain. I will attach a picture of her stool, is this yolk?? Please advise and help we gave her calcium to help with her egg. Do we need antibiotics.

I'd give her 1 Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet once daily, hopefully she'll be able to expel the egg or whatever material she's having a hard time passing.

See that she's staying hydrated.

What do you feed, including treats? Do your hens have access to Oyster Shell free choice?
Any lice/mites?

She won’t take the calcium. She usually does when we put it with some table scrap. She sounds like she is in pain. Is there anything else we should do.

Pull down on her wattles, pop the pill directly into her beak and let her swallow.
