Hi!
My silkie roo has something going on with his feet. I can’t seem to figure it out exactly based on anything I see online; hopefully someone on here can help!
I’ve cleaned both his feet to get a better look but am still not sure how to treat it. One foot seems far worse than the other. A few of the pin feathers are very stiff and seem like they shouldn’t be as hard as they are but I don’t know if I should cut them or not because they’re thick compared to the others I’ve trimmed.

ANY and all ideas would be helpful. The other chickens in my flock do not have signs of mites or anything wrong. I have two other female silkies and I don’t see signs of this on them either.
Thank you!!! 91927C59-A625-4D62-89BE-75C31528C76B.jpeg 5A0B3CED-B9A3-4564-82A2-48BEBAC10D7F.jpeg 5975E969-1810-4DA2-B5A5-CA7098243885.jpeg

Look like the feet have been pecked and feathers pulled out. There may also be some scaly leg mites. I would start treating by doing a daily warm soak to just the legs and foot in warm soap or Epsom salts water. Then dry well, and apply some vaseline or other oil to the feet and legs.

I’ll try an epsom soak tomorrow — thanks!! ☹️
I really appreciate the response.
