We have a stunning Silver Barred Rooster who is just over three months old. He has resemblance to his Legbar mother, and she lays the most beautiful large blue eggs. I've always loved her for her reliable egg laying. His father is a Birchen Hmong (black skinned) from Fibro Farms and he's a real looker with incredible plumage and form. The Hmong cross rooster holds the gene for green eggs, which should be on the lighter olive side based on the color of his mother's eggs and the lightly tinted eggs of the Hmong breed. We have a small flock in Escondido and will be able to show him most days of the week upon request.
