They look like roosters to me. I had one I gave to a hobby farmer not too long ago. Those feathers around their necks...

The one in the back is male. I can't tell with the one looking down. Look for long neck feathers and long pointy saddle feathers. Saddle feathers are between the wings to the butt.

When I bought them, the guy said they were all hens. I put them in the pen with my others and they started fighting with my rooster

Could you get better pictures? Some hens fight roosters because they are naturally dominant.
