Another sick chicken here.
Isa Brown, 3yrs old
Lays eggs frequently, perfectly good coat

She started sleeping during the day, then the following 2 days she has just been sleeping all day.

Originally thought she was dying of old age as Isa's dont live forever, and it seemed to be a similar symptom close to death, but i woke her today with a bowl of water and she went nuts for it.
In possibly unrelated news her crop felt grainy even though she hasnt eaten in 2 days.

Any advice anyone can give me? Really appreciated.

She may have an impacted crop which can happen if the crop is not working, and a reproductive disorder could possibly be a possible cause. Has she laid any eggs recently? I would consider worming her with Valbazen or SafeGuard liquid goat wormer in case worms could be related to the crop issue. Check the crop early each morning to see if it is emptying. Make sure that she is drinking plenty of water. This article can help with crop issues and treatment:

Isa Browns have a short life span. If she is sleeping through the day, I suspect her end is near even with periods of seemingly being better. This is very similar to the experiences I had with them. I loved my IBs they were the friendliest. 3 yrs is a good lifespan for them. ❤️

Usually, with a crop impaction (it feels full and firm or doughy early in the am before eating or drinking,) most people give fluids and a tsp of chilled coconut oil cut into small pieces to peck. Mineral oil or olive oil can be substituted if given carefully or in a small bit of egg or food. Massage the crop several times a day. Give no whole grains, but offer very watery chicken feed or some scrambled watery egg. If the coconut oil does not work in a day then try giving stool softener (Colase or generic) 1-2 softgels. Continue massaging the crop and getting fluids into her. Pictures of her droppings may help.

Her poo has been yellow and lacking substance, as seen in photo
