Slow feathering question : 8 - 9 weeks old chicks

I have six 8-9 weeks old chicks. 4 of which I am pretty sure of the sex. There are 2 slow feathering birds, one seems to be a Ayam Cemani cross (the black chick), the other (orange brown) could be Rhode Island Red (possibly mutt). Both are just getting their fail feathers.

Are they pullets or late blooming boys? Is my suspicion of their breeds correct?
 
I am fairly certain the grey one is a pullet, these are the picture taken 2 weeks ago:

I am still not sure about HunHun, the RIR (cross?)

Still not 100% sure of HunHun, although I am leaning towards pullet.
I have been adding 10%-20% milk powder to their diet to increase their feed protein level, got the milk powder on a discount because they were only a month to expiry.
