Slow growing cockerel??

Hi all,

Here I have two 3 week old chicks. Breed is from a aracuana mix hens running with aracuana, maran and olive egger roo.

I believe one is a pullet (B) but the other one (A) is confusing me haha.

Seems to be a roo? But it is not feathering heaps well or growing at the same rate as B.

What do you think is happening here? Not sure what to expect or what to look out for.

Chicks grow at their own rate. He looks fine. I do think A will be a cockerel.
