Small growth on chicken’s head

I noticed a small growth on my 3 month old Lavender Orpington’s face, right in front of her comb and between her nostrils. It doesn’t seem to affect her sight or breathing; she acts normal otherwise.
It is pale whitish yellow with a dark spot in the center (possibly a scab), and doesn’t look like fowl pox or any other image I’ve seen online. Is this cause for concern?

Do you have a picture of it? Mosquitoes usually spread foul pox. Are they bad there?

For starters, weaker chicks will have more problems if this actually is something, so I'd start giving vitamins in their water and probiotics as well too to give them a boost. We use Nutra-Drench or Poultry Cell for the vitamins and Hydro-Hen, Greek yogurt, or fermented grain for the probiotics.

That an be a common injury from poking their beaks through chicken wire or other fencing, and sometimes from a sharp feeder. It probably will heal on its own, but I would try to find what has caused the damage, and remedy that.
