Snow in New Orleans! NEED HELP PLEASE!

I live in North Ontario, so Snow is a norm for us. Put a heating lamp, ( infrared, red bulb) at least 24 inches off the floor. I use a wide board with old carpet for them to roost on. They will uddle together underneath it there. They need to stay dry and warm, out of the wind!
Do NOT use just a regular heat lamp, I have one that has a cage around it and reflector shield. If it gets to hot it shuts off. The chickens can not touch it.

I need some guidance PLEASE. As some of your might have heard, the south has been blanketed in a historical snow storm. I'm in New Orleans and we got 10 inches yesterday!!! My girls have a coop to go into, but yesterday they were just sitting in the big enclosure ( it's called Chickentopia - see pic) getting snowed on. They were VERY wet and barely even moved when I picked them up. They went into my bath tub(empty) with the bathroom heater on and are fine today. Here's the thing...what do I do now?? We aren't supposed to get any more snow but the lows are going to be in the low 30s until Saturday when it goes into the 40s.
I only have 2 girls at the moment a black australorp and a silkie mix. They are not pleased being in the bathtub, but i'm not letting them out until i know it's safe.
Please help this NOLA girl! lol

It doesn't look like you can bank your coop. That is what I do in Canada. Snow is a good insulator. But your coop is raised. If you have electric in the coop put in a red lightbulb (not a heat lamp) to keep them warm.
I hope you don't loose too many plants either. Sorry we accidently sent you our weather.

Pawaboo Pet Cage
https://a.co/d/1jzCX6t. I have one of these and it has housed turkeys poults, guineas and chicks at various times. This one is a little different than mine, but shop around if you have a spot to keep them inside till the weather is more favorable.

Heat lamps are major fire risks. All it takes is one stray feather to get in one and you have a coop fire on your hands. There are safer heating options if one does need to heat their coop (9 times out of 10 though one is better off not heating their coop though)

I think the main issue is how they managed to get wet in the first place. Generally chickens are surprisingly cold hardy as long as they stay dry and can get out of the wind if they need to

We normally don't get snow, but my girls did wonderfully in the snow. The only extra work I had to do was make sure their water didn't freeze over and I had to make sure that there wasn't too much snow piled up on the tarp over their run. Other than that, there weren't any issues
Mine hate snow. lol I did use a space heater in the barn this year because we were fighting mycoplasmosis and they were not in the best condition. It was inside a dog crate off the floor and is the kind that won't cause problems if it had fallen over. They have an electric heated water source that works great. Even with the heater during the cold spell we just had there was ice on the water in the other water dispensers.
