Sort posted images into albums?

Hello

I would just like to know if it is possible to sort images that I have, in the past, posted directly in threads, into new albums?

I run/operate BYC on a Sumsung Galaxy A55; and I only today learnt how to create an album.

Thank you for creating such a wonderful website and continuesly improving on it.

I'm not an expert at this but was playing with it today.

Once in your album, click a picture you want to move. Like this is one of mine I clicked and this info pane below is on the right side of the picture.

Click those dots I circled to bring up the box. Click to move it, then it gives you options and you can put the album name you want it moved to in there.

...unfortunately it does not help me, at the moment, to sort images that are not in any albums (yet) but that were posted directly into threads.

Oh, okay. So those pictures you posted in threads you want to move into an album in the gallery? You don't have them saved anywhere on your phone or computer, you mean? If that's the case, you can click on the picture in a thread, then you can download them to your phone or computer. After you download them, then you can put them in your album.

- the RED arrow is pointing to my "Images" which are the ones I have posted directly into threads, and are the ones I would like to sort into albums if at all possible.

- the BLUE arrow is pointing at my first and new Gallery that I made today, after just learning how.

- the YELLOW arrow is pointing to an "Albums" tab, which I see now that I did use the right terminology?... I think?

I'm getting confused

You can do it either way. I just made two albums, which are like two folders on my computer, to put particular pictures in one spot.

The images are there on my computer, but I want them in the BYC gallery because someday I'm going to ask for opinions on some things in one of the albums. People may have other reasons, but that's mine.

Think of it as the gallery is one big place full of everyone's pictures/media, and albums are folders within it.
