We are finishing the chicken run with a chicken wire dome and we have barely any trees and I don't know if thsts relevant but we get get huge orb weaver spiders and I'm okay with them but if I run into anything I'll just hate going out there and I'm finally feeling comfortable with how it's coming along. We are adding climbing roses and climbing honeysuckle it'll be the first time add plants but I'm really excited and I don't want to let this spider thing ruin it for me.

Once the plants grow in, you probably won't see them much as they'll be hidden under the wire if I'm interpreting your post right. My chickens love eating spiders, so your girls might take care of the problem on there own! In a positive light, the spiders will reduce the number of flies, mosquitos and other pests around your chickens!

Yes so there was this one time a web in a random spot near the coop looked like from the tree to the ground it looked like that.. and they weave thick webs, o im so glad I had my flash light or I would have walked right in to it.. so my plan is to make it a habit of going right at dusk. I like going out at that time anyway, dusk and dawn. Give me some prayers of courage lol
I like orb weavers. I don't like spiders on my face, but other than that I leave them be to do their important work.
Yes I like them for that and they have their own beauty that I admire some of them just look scary. I had pictures but I can't find them. This one was on my car and i thought it was cute
Orb weavers are cool looking! My kids were watching "A Real Bug's Life" tv show and I heard narrator state random fact I'll never forget: in most human situations you'll always be within 5ft of a spider :duc
It's true I was just cleaning out my gecko cage and somehow a spider got in there and he's big now, I'm just going to leave him alone anyways. Yea they are pretty cool some if them are but there are some that are just creepy. The ones that look like a ball with skinny legs.. eww. And I love to leave the windows open and they keep coming in the windows upstairs, I'm like I have to sleep downstairs tonight, here's the one on my car I thought was cute lol

Snakes are also everywhere, even if you don’t see them. I found a 5-foot shed skin next to my basement once and later, had to relocate two baby rat snakes. I was glad to have them around though, keeping the rodent population down.

I'm somewhat of an arachnophobe and you've just made me realize that my chicken enclosures are basically the one place I never see any live spiders...like...ever. I sometimes see old dusty spider webs way up high in the ventillation of my large shed coop but never see the spiders themselves. I imagine the chickens have something to do with that! I don't see many in my plants either in areas where the chickens sometimes roam. When I had first moved to my current property and hadn't gotten chickens yet, I had big orb weavers and some other big things all over and I got many webs to the face. So maybe your spiders will also make themselves scarce once you have chickens in the new structure!
