Has anyone ever seen/heard of a spur falling off a rooster?
I found my D'Anvers Bantam in his coop with blood covereing his roost. I panicked and had no idea what had happened.
When I picked him up to look at him I noticed his ENTIRE left spur was gone.
The bleeding thankfully had stopped and it is now starting to scab up a bit. There is still a small hole where his spur should be.
He seems to be acting normal, besides a slight limp on that leg. The wound *hopefully* is healing OK.

Does anyone have any similar incident?? I literally have NO IDEA how his spur was chewed//ripped/fell off.

I had one roo that lost both of his spurs fighting something that was going after the hens. The spurs never grew back

Your bird is fine with its spur off. with some people they remove them for show or safety
