Steele Egger Hen or Rooster?

Hi all I got my first set of chickens from Meyer Hatchery on June 24 this year. So far my green queen has turned out to be a rooster, and now I’m suspicious that my Steele rigger is also a rooster. They are 19 weeks today, and it’s definitely the skittish of the group and avoids me for the most part. The neck feathers seem more rooster ish to me. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Yeah...those saddle feathers look awful pointy.

Also, can I just say, those are impressive quality photos. I can zoom in  so far before they seem even a little blurry!
