I clicked on BackYard Chickens on my laptop, and it opened up like this:

I opened it up on my tablet and it was fine, and I opened it up in a new tab on my laptop and it was fine there too. I'm assuming this was just a fluke thing but I figured I'd post a thread on it anyway.

Edit to add: I clicked on a thread on the working tab, and it looks like that again.

We're not seeing any other reports of this problem, so it seems it might be isolated to your system.

Try rebooting, clearing cache, and see if that helps. Also check that no addons, extensions, etc. might be conflicting with BYC.

If any other users are having this same problem, please reply here with details on your computer, OS, which page it happens, etc.

Yes, I think it is just my system. On my laptop, my browser is Yahoo, and since I posted this, I started having issues on other places as well. Reloading the page fixes it. I have two extensions, Grammarly and Norton, though I don't think they're causing the problem.

Thank you for your reply!

Mine did that exact same thing on my iPad yesterday while we were on the road up in northern WI. That was up in the sticks where the internet is sketchy. Using my iPad for BYC is a rare thing, but I just refreshed it, and voila, it was there as usual. It was moving really slow though, like to get to the next page of anything took about 10 seconds. I blew it off to a crappy connection in the boonies. All was fine once we were home, and I was back to my desktop PC. :)

Thank goodness we don't go up there but about once every 5 years.

Mine has done the same thing when i had a bad internet connection. I refresh the page and its normal again

Yeah, it's an internet connection/speed problem.

That must be it then. I have the lowest internet speed my company has as that's what is affordable to me for my home (plus it's only me) and after adding some new devices to it, it's been going slower. I use my Mom's high speed internet a lot because I'm over there a lot, but when I was having that issue, I was on my own (slow) internet.
