Swelling around the eye

My 4mo Wyandotte has swelling around her eye. No other symptoms, pictures from early July show no issue. None of the other 4 hens have any swelling or symptoms! What can I do to help her?

Has she been scratching her face and ear? Can you look for any mites or lice moving on her skin, and in her ear canal for any gunk? Is there any sign of pecking or rubbing her head on fencing?

No evidence of mites or lice, ear canal clean, she’s not messing with it. Have one assertive older hen that my 4 younger hens try to avoid. Hoping it’s just an isolated irritation. Grabbing some terramycin this afternoon to apply and see if it helps

Look for any bubbles or foam in the eye, which could be evidence of a respiratory infection or injury. Terramycin can be used 2-3 times a day.

I certainly will. Based on post photos, this has started in the past 2 weeks. No bubbles or foam yet
