Swollen eye

I’ve not come across this before but would appreciate any input or advice as how to help her. It’s hard not squishy. Have tried to drain it but it only bleeds. She is only about 6 months old

Could she have been bitten by something or have a tick embedded in the skin?

Any infection in the ears?

Any lesions or canker inside the beak?

How long has she been swollen, if it's been a few days, has it improved on its own?

If you think it's an allergic reaction to a bite/sting, then try a one time dose of Benadryl to see if that makes a difference. Dose is 2-4mg for each 2.2 pounds of weight.

If you feel it's respiratory infection, then flush the eye with saline, put Terramycin eye ointment in the eye. If she has any other symptoms like coughing, sneezing, mucous, etc., then you may also need to give an antibiotic like Tylosin.
