Swollen foot

Hey everyone, I’ve got 1-1 year old hen out of 4 that has a foot that swelled up. Just caught her sitting on the ground outside today and not acting herself. Now, we did just have some crazy weather; rain on Saturday then 20* with high wind at night. But she only has this one one foot and none of the other hens have it.
So far, we gave her a 30 minute Epson salt soak, put her in a small wire dog crate with sand on the bottom and a heat lamp high above her, in the garage.
Any thoughts as to what this may be and how to treat? We live in NJ.

Do you know if she got that foot wet during any recent below freezing weather? I looks like frostbite.

She and the others most definitely got wet before it froze the other night. Even though I have a canopy over half the pen, they don’t seem to care about getting wet…

And it would make sense I guess, I can’t believe it got like that overnight…
