Should I actually then purchase the 8 foot t post

or 6 foot t post

I really dont want to sink it more then a foot in the ground.. or am I suppose to do 2 feet in the ground with t-post

Half of the T-post should be underground!

Just kidding, it should be in the ground past the dog ears that are about a foot from the bottom. If you want a 6' fence, then you need 7.5' or 8' T-posts. You want at least 1' but 18" is better.

You will also need a T-post digger. They slide ontop of the post and you basically hammer them into the ground.

Also, if you don't have a T-post driver, don't let them talk you into the spring loaded driver. You have to drive them twice as many times as the standard.

Are You guys talking wooden post? Do I need concrete for post to stay for long? Or will these things hold it in place.

You should have 3 wooden posts in each corner with a brace between them. Also, an H-brace on each side of the gate so you can stretch the wire tight. Concrete is best for the wood posts.
